The Vendor's Daughter

Wendy Zanders

Your Declutter Coach

Episode 80 of The Vendor's Daughter

Wendy Zanders has spent her whole life decluttering, whether that was as an office admin or while serving in the US Army, Wendy was always the first to volunteer to clean a storage closet, a messy office or to take control of an unorganized arms room, ensuring that under her watch her team would always be mission ready.

When her and her husband began tackling their debt, the last major hurdle was their mortgage. Wendy was getting ready to take a second job to help pay the debt down faster and it was then that she got advice that would change her life forever, "rather than take a second job, why not start a business doing something you love."

For Wendy, that something she loved was decluttering. It had just never occurred to her that she could get paid to do it.

Your Declutter Coach was born. Wendy worked nights and weekends to get her business off the ground while maintaining her full time job. Today Your Declutter Coach is Wendy's full time career and her life's work is helping families take control of their space and overcome the obstacles that have been preventing them from living their lives to the fullest.

She believes in the power of music to lift your mood, the importance of getting help when you need it, that we all need to be a part of our own survival process and that having a strong community is one of the secrets to success (you don't have to sit alone).
