Rip is Co-Founder of Rip Van, a company best known for their cookie, the Rip Van Wafel, a better for you, on-the-go snack.

Rip, along with Co-CEO, Marco De Leon, started Rip Van in his college dorm room. Since that day they've gotten their product into very large retailers including Peet's Coffee, Whole Foods & 12,000 Starbucks locations in the U.S. and Canada.
